Rendering is Specific Rendering Condition

Description

The condition evaluates to true if current rendering is specified in the rule in the "Select a Datasource" dialog.

Example

1) Create a new rule "Write to Log if Content Spot" under /sitecore/system/Settings/Rules/Component Datasource Location/Rules

This rule applies for Content Spot rendering and writes a "Content Spot is added" message to sitecore log.

 

2) Create a new page and/or open the page in the Page Editor (e.g. scoretest-content-page)

3) Add new Content Spot rendering to the page to display "Select the Associated Content" dialog

4) Click on Create New Content button in the dialog

5) Sitecore log file should contain a similar record
