To set up Azure index with SCORE please make following modifications:

Disable

App_Config\Include\zzz{YourTenantName}.ContentSearch.Lucene.Index.Master.config
App_Config\Include\zzz{YourTenantName}.ContentSearch.Lucene.Index.Web.config

Enable

App_Config\Include\zzz{YourTenantName}.ContentSearch.Azure.Index.Master.config.disabled
App_Config\Include\zzz{YourTenantName}.ContentSearch.Azure.Index.Web.config.disabled
