Add New 3.1 Components
There are 2 content components that should be added to the Nested Content Area (/sitecore/layout/Placeholder Settings/<Tenant Area>/<Tenant Area> Containers/Nested Content Area) and Snippet (/sitecore/layout/Placeholder Settings/<Tenant Area>/Snippet) placeholder settings item for each tenant:
